Musical

starts at 8.30pm

The life of Eva Peron is exemplary to people today.  She has broken out of deep poverty with her faith and courage, into the forefront of her country.  Her life’ motto wasn’t luxury and wealth but remaining unspoilt in her soul and helping others, providing hope to the déclassé and low in spirit.  She gave back trust to the millions through her example, becoming the wife of the state president, emerging from the poor of the street.  Before her death, Evita Peron said: “I’ll come back and millions will have me!”  After fifty years, her prophecy has become true.  Her myth is more alive than ever:  movies are made and books written on her life, while her jewelleries pop up at various auctions.  For portraying her figure Andrew Lloyd Webber has composed music with which came world fame.
